Our Story

World Climate Athletes (WCA) was born out of a passion for both sports and the environment, blending the global reach of sports with the urgent need for climate action. Founded in 2020 by Kishan Changlani, WCA is part of Ambicution Enterprise,  born from the fusion of two driving forces—Ambition and Execution—embodies the relentless pursuit of visionary goals with the determination to turn them into reality. This powerful synergy fuels everything we do, transforming ideas into impactful actions that shape a sustainable future, it is a UK-based initiative that aims to drive sustainability in sports.

What sets WCA apart is our commitment to 'profit for good.' A significant portion of the revenue generated from our activities will be reinvested into grassroots sustainability initiatives, supporting local sports clubs and communities in adopting eco-friendly practices and advancing future sports sustainability research.

Since our inception in 2020, World Climate Athletes (WCA) has rapidly ascended to the global stage. We have delivered high-level impact at the world’s most influential summits, including the UNFCCC Conference of Parties (COP) in Scotland, Egypt, Dubai, Azerbaijan, and Brazil; the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland; and London Climate Action Week in the UK.

Our mission is to scale climate action across the entire sporting ecosystem—transforming everything from grassroots pitches into catalysts for a sustainable future on the world’s biggest arenas.
